Sagamore Holdings, has completed Phase I and closed on its second land acquisition in St. Petersburg, Florida.  The property, named Project Renewal, is located in the Fruitland Heights neighborhood of St. Petersburg. Minutes south of downtown, the Fruitland Neighborhood is located amongst a cluster of neighborhoods undergoing an urban renewal.  With the strong population growth predicted, and the likely influx of Opportunity Zone capital, we believe this neighborhood will be transformed into a vibrant community with improved housing standards over the next decade.

Sagamore Holdings, has completed Phase I and closed on a land acquisition in Largo, Florida.  The property, named Project Palm, is a 4.5 acres land parcel located in the heart of Largo, Florida, which is minutes away from beautiful beaches, restaurants, retail outlets and many recreational activity options.  Largo is the fourth largest city in the Tampa Bay area.
