Land Acquisition: Project Renewal

Sagamore Holdings, has completed Phase I and closed on its second land acquisition in St. Petersburg, Florida.  The property, named Project Renewal, is located in the Fruitland Heights neighborhood of St. Petersburg. Minutes south of downtown, the Fruitland Neighborhood is located amongst a cluster of neighborhoods undergoing an urban renewal.  With the strong population growth predicted, and the likely influx of Opportunity Zone capital, we believe this neighborhood will be transformed into a vibrant community with improved housing standards over the next decade.   

We are excited to begin our work to complete a development project that enhances the community and should provide positive results for our investors, lenders and business partners.
