Sagamore Holdings, has completed Phase I and closed on the acquisition of a land parcel in St. Petersburg, Florida.  The property is located in the Innovation District of St. Petersburg. Immediately south of downtown, the Innovation District is a cluster of higher education, marine science, healthcare, business incubation, and media institutions with substantial growth planned by the city.  Anchored by John Hopkins hospital and University of South Florida – St. Petersburg campus, we believe this acquisition to be an exceptional investment located within the Opportunity Zone.
