Brandon Tones

Managing Member

Having grown up in a real estate family, Brandon has spent his entire career in real estate.  Prior to founding Sagamore in 2019, Brandon was among the founding team members who formed and grew Broadstone Net Lease, a net lease REIT, to over $3 Billion in assets.   As an integral member of the acquisition team, Brandon sourced, managed, and closed on the acquisition of over $2 Billion in real estate transactions.  Broadstone Net Lease, a net lease REIT has subsequently gone public in 2020 with a portfolio asset value of over $4 billion. 

During his tenure at Broadstone, Brandon was involved in many complicated transactions including sale leasebacks, UPREITs, 1031’s, debt assumptions and development takeout purchases.  Brandon’s thorough knowledge of these complicated transactions provides Sagamore with the ability undertake and close on a variety of complex transactions.

While working is Brandon’s favorite hobby, he also enjoys jet skiing, fishing, and other outdoor activities.  Brandon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Northeastern University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Rochester Institute of Technology. As a diehard Buffalo Bills fan, every year Brandon believes the Bills are going to win the Super Bowl, despite ever doing so.

 

Jeff Underwood

Controller

Jeff joined Sagamore Real Estate in 2020 with 35 years of experience in accounting and finance roles in public accounting, services industries, and retail in the US and abroad. Jeff spent most of his career at Walmart where he grew personally and professionally in a customer focused and servant leadership culture. Jeff thrives on collaboration, teamwork, open communication, and transparency - all with a happy-to-help mindset. Upon retirement from Walmart Jeff and his wife Cynthia moved to Pinellas County where he became a licensed Realtor.

Jeff enjoys watching college football, sunsets, playing trivia, and running.

 

Jen Giotakis

Asset Manager

As a Tampa Bay resident and licensed Real Estate professional for almost 20 years, Jen's focus has always been helping people find a place to call home. Together, with the Sagamore Real Estate team, we bring different perspectives and experiences in order to create a synergy of success. 

With an extensive track record of success and service in the industry, Jen ensures compliance and operations of real estate investments under the umbrella of strategic and long term objectives. Managing risk, monitoring project progress, determining capital expenses, analyzing the performance of the individual investments, and identifying opportunities for growth for the portfolio is her primary goal. 

With the guiding principle of servant leadership as Sagamore Real Estate’s core value, Jen shares the unwavering philosophy of those values and implements them in every facet of her position with integrity and commitment. 

 

Sidney Bush

Office & Project Coordinator

Sidney joined the Sagamore Real Estate team in early 2022 after moving to Clearwater from Columbus, Ohio. She recently completed her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Sidney brings a fresh perspective to the team and assists in many different facets of the business including marketing, administration, and project coordination. In Sidney’s free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, boating, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
